That's odd, why would most people want that? Assuming your plan is to keep the server around a while, it's better to just buy a different server at the one time fee. Then the question becomes, what does it take to transfer the setup from one to another?

Are you sure about this? It appears to me that the server upgrade is a one time fee.

Hey guys,
just got confirmation from the team:If you are currently on one time payment, your hardware upgrade will not affect that. if you selected one time / monthly, your billing option remains the same.
The harware upgrade is a one time charge.
