A sink without a bowl...

Does it make a mess? If the water flows correctly, it would only splash when you have your hands in it and that doesn't seem like it would be too bad.

Really depends on how much the water pressure is regulated. If it's not within a very narrow range, it's gonna splatter all over the place.

I guess I didn't finish that. Either it will splatter all over (too much psi) or it will be weak and annoying (not enough psi).

I know some of the people who design those. It's usually along the lines of "whoa man, what if we like... inverted the whole concept of a sink" and then some poor bloke goes and prototypes it until it doesn't suck.

This definitely looks cool, but it just makes a mess!
COming to a Walmart near you...
Can't get your hands in the bowl, under the faucet, and if you manage to do so,.. your touching every nasty dirty surface there is, and the water won't come on.

Who wants to buy some working cattle stations?
http://www.news.com.au/finance/real-estate/biggest-piece-of-property-on-earth-up-for-sale-in-australia/story-fndban6l-1227420251801
The massive chunk of outback territory comprises 10 working cattle stations spanning 11 million hectares — which is about three quarters of the size of England. And it’s hit the market for a cool $325 million.
So that's almost 42,500 square miles or 110,000 km2
Just for lulz, I checked and there are 134 countries smaller than 11,000,000 Hectares.
Mind blown.
How the hell does someone manage that? Must be a few of someones. -

Using some of my free time today to jump into the deep end of WordPress development by writing my first plugin, using it as a chance to try out version control through BitBucket as well. I have a feeling version control and I are going to be best buds now that I've gotten around to actually setting it up!
Kind of how I feel about Gulp, but that's for another day...

Sounds like a fun project!
