Where do you advertise for techs?

What/Where do you advertise for field technicians for Windows Network tasks in SMB environments?

Have had no luck at all with Indeed or Monster.

I've had better luck finding jobs with ZipRecruiter. It's supposed to be easier for someone looking to hire as well. Don't know about "the other side" tho.

I tried this one last time I was looking for a part time person. it was a shit show like the rest.

I guess there is a trick,.. all I have been getting a truck drivers and hospitality jobs.

Result, not worth the cost.

I'll pay more for quality.. It was not.
