Then check your DHCP logs and see if your AP has an IP assigned to it.

it's showing that it was given an IP .

Then you'll have to likely SSH to it and force an upgrade that way.

SSH IP of AP
creds are likely default at ubnt/ubnt
type help to get command for upgrade
get URL for firmware file from ui.com site
type upgrade command with URL - watch shit happen. -

Gave it a different IP and Now it wont ping..
