I already installed Centos7. . .
Right, but the CentOS guides are older versions of Nextcloud and I believe we are basically focusing on Fedora for the foreseeable future. Doesn't take long to delete a VM and install Fedora. It's like 10 minutes if you include the update process.

I already installed Centos7. . .
Why? CentOS 7 is old and will either require extra steps that defeat the purpose of CentOS to make work, and will still be older and less featureful. Just go directly to Fedora 28.

I ran that command yet still it didnt install: im not going to sit here and argue with you over what I typed out.
