Western Pa. -- Spectrum sites are down as of around 12:30 EST. One Windstream site as well. Although I'm not sure that they don't use the buddy system for outages.
Windstream taps onto the service providers for the last mile or so, so it is not surprising.

Looks liek apeering issue I lost 3 Comcast sites but can get to them via a Level 3 circuit. ComCrap sites are in PA, SC and FL
-
I just lost our PRI as well..... Comcast
Support described it as a 'wide area issue'.
Happy Friday folks

I love it. I'm getting users asking if they need to do something to get the wireless fixed.
Not their fault

All of our sites came back about an hour ago

No trouble here in Wisconsin (yet) but we usually have one or two major outages per year here...

Yes they did.
I had a client call me from that area.
They had 1 way audio on their in house PBX with Flowroute SIP trunks.
It was 100% a Spectrum issue. Because the first thing I tried was to have him open a screenconnect session but he couldn't get to my website.
Then we start checking other things. yup. lots of shit not working.
Started to work around it because he has a new system in Vultr not used yet. But by the time we worked out a failover route method Spectrum came back up.
Our call time was about 90 mintues.

Had another issue today at a different client. POTS handoff of Spectrum phones had one way audio.
I also could not get to the spectrumbusiness.net website to log in and forward the phones.
I had to send a tech on site with an analog phone to manually *72 forward the lines.
Thankfully the port is already scheduled for this client and happens on the 5th.
