I use it too but mainly as a secondary tool to our main management platform AEM.
But I'm very happy with the product. We have on prem installed on centos7.

We run our own. Not sure if there is a hosted version from sC directly. @NTG does hosting of it.
We don't use it for package deployments as far as I know.

@ambarishrh it is a one time cost and you get upgrades for a year. If you wish to continue getting upgrades, you have to renew. Renewal is 20% of full price when done yearly.

Having used ScreenConnect or now ConnectWise Control for the last two years, it's been easy to use and manage. You can set up different levels of security, groups - which could be different companies or different departments - it has some good features.
Support has been great - every time I have asked, for something, they have been right on it.

Screen connect is great. I used to use Kaseya, and I like Screen connect much better. I just find it to be a smoother experience.

They do not limit the number of agents to install.

They even have a free version for small shops or home use. 1 session, 3 unattended.

I was pretty sure the self hosted was a one time fee with yearly maintenance. So the first year would be $2195 and it would be $439/yr after that.

What fits best for your organization? The hosted solution may be more expensive in the long run but it may fit your organization better.
