Cinnamon Panel weirdness

So, the entire planet knows I run Korora 25 Cinnamon on my desktop and laptop.
On my desktop, the notification area works and displays as expected.
On my laptop Telegram and Nextcloud are not showing their icons, but are there.

IE: Make that bit of the panel Wider?

IE: Make that bit of the panel Wider?
The panel section is half screen by default
The System Tray widget has no settings I can find.

@JaredBusch if you right click between the clock and the first symbol to the left do you get a context menu?

That "space" is Nextcloud and Telegram. See above screenshot.
But to answer the actual question, when you click on a spare space, you get about or remove
