So in the world of "inappropriate titles"...
So her title is "VP of Technology"
But what is her real job? Spam marketing to get people to go to sales webinars. Um... if your company's head of IT's actual job role is telling IT people about webinars to be sales people, dear lord what kind of a shit company is that? What could they possibly be qualified to do? Certainly nothing involving IT, sales, or marketing.

THis is one of the most embarrassing things I've ever seen.
It was advertised in a local Facebook group. We are all dying.

Messing around with software raid and mdadm.
Good stuff right there, add a little LVM and you've got a great storage stack.
What I'm wanting to do when redo my lab server is not use the hardware RAID controller and Linux handle the RAID. I'm practicing on some VMs first.
MD or ZFS?
MD
After having done MD a time or three, I'm now using ZFS in my home lab. I love it!

Just setup a 4G failover connection on my ER-4 at my office. The auto failover/watchdog capabilities built into the EdgeOS is pretty slick!

never used it on ER before, but we have them on our Cybera and they're life savers when ISPs are down.

Did you hear about the Lemon, orange and apple that tested positive for Covid using an at home test? kind of makes you wonder how it's possible to be accurate when Inanimate objects are testing positive.

What do you use for the modem and service for 4G? I want to get T-mobile 5G, but it is not available in my area. So I have to go with 4G T-mobile with a data cap. So now, I have also setup outdoing firewall rules to block the non-essential devices from going out that failover connection.

well this is for a chain restaurant with 100 operating site currently, so the franchises are different and pretty much use whatever's available for a Modem - mostly technicolor devices though - our 4G is back up is Verizon
