I guess I don’t understand... do people go to the vet for non medical issues? I suppose some people buy their pet food from their vet.

Yes, Boarding, grooming, food, well visits, dental cleanings, etc. are major components of a vet practice.

Correct, we had clinics completely closed. Some very restricted. Most functions are banned. Those that are open have to do things like curbside and telemedicine.
