i've never noticed Teamviewer remote connect numbers increment so quickly, those guys must be noticing some increased activity.
Everyone is, it's crazy. We are deploying MeshCentral like mad.
are you using it for work at home?
just ewww
oh I don't disagree - I can handle SC for WFH, but MC - man.. not desireable.
While better, that's not much better.
what do you liek better? RDP and VPN?

Assuming that we are discussing users, yes. Preferably a VPN locked to RDP only. ZeroTier, classic VPN, whatever.

Home lab cleanup. Going to see if I can get the front off to clean the vents, but looks like I need to pull everything out. Also going to consider installing a new hypervisor, KVM, XCP-NG, etc etc

What did you do to that poor machine???
Don't know if you have access to it but the best way to get remove dust is to blow it out with compressed air, preferably from an air compressor. Otherwise it's very difficult to get the dust that is inside things like power supplies.

Yeah it's not in the best of places for dust (in the same room as a tumble dryer)
Got most of it off with hoover, but next time will be buying some compressed air cans, or try and remember our portable one. -
Installing Unifi controller on my work laptop so I can get the AP configured for my Tablet install .

Got most of it off with hoover, but next time will be buying some compressed air cans, or try and remember our portable one.Get a small, portable air compressor. You'll save money in the long run, and it's less waste. Bonus: you can fill tires or use other pneumatic tools.
I also use a vacuum cleaner with attachments for tiny nook cleaning or general use in the case. It's sometimes better than blowing the dust everywhere. I only use the air compressor when I clean in my garage with the door open.

I bought PLT stock at 10.58. I might get more.
