I'd skip that offer, or at least keep interviewing. Don't jump for the first thing that comes along.

Regardless of how much your current position completely sucks, it is a steady paycheck and you are capable of still learning.
This offer to me would be the absolute last thing I'd consider.

I know a guy who works there.If you can do it as a side gig while you're still looking for a full-time position, then it might be worth it to improve your social skills.
But as a mainstay, nope.

For basic usability, you are correct. There are many items/areas/switches in there that are pretty helpful if you don't have much time to play.
