On the phone with AT&T. Their phones don't work very well. These guys really need someone to help them with phones. They need a new consultant.

You really need an experienced dungeon master to run your first game. Doing it without one is crazy hard and confusing.

AT&T is a scam. I hate these guys so much. The outage today isn't their fault, someone dug through the line, but their total incompetence and overt attempts to not provide support are outrageous.
Here is a tip, tell the automated IVR that you are going to call the police, and unlike requests for an agent or even transfers from another agent, this actually gets you an agent.

Guy said... "bear with me, just need to look up some stuff about your account" and after about ten minutes of him "looking things up" in near silence (but I could hear him breathing and typing) he just put the call back into the new sales queue and hung up!
These guys are simple crooks.

Now AT&T billing, which is where it dumps you when you try to get tech support, says that even they can't call tech support. AT&T's phones might be down? LOL

The 1st mix of our new album is in hand!!! The singer and I have decided to wait until this evening to listen to it together, but I'm not sure I can wait that long.

So when I was half kidding about AT&T's phone system being down, it's actually down at this point. AT&T tech has no working phone system.

@scottalanmiller wow nuts. We use them here and we have had several issues of their service failing. I don't have to deal with them personally thanks goodness.

Yeah, if you are on AT&T, you have no plans for uptime. They don't even attempt to meet SLAs. In Connecticut we had to bring in two consulting companies and three days of outages just to get AT&T to start testing their line. Everyone knew AT&T was down, even Cisco got involved. But AT&T totally just ignored the outage and left the dedicated fiber line down for days.
Zero operational mindset.

We have AT&T here (not my choice), and they are actually OK, but they have much more motivation to keep their network up in this area. Support is much better than what you reported, I almost always talk to the same guy.

Brain Storming Side hustles to get more money, while working on a few projects today is really contradicting.
