No, unrelated. This was a break/fix client of ours. But we responded and had them back online in ~2 hours (most of that time was them forgetting to go through the helpdesk so no one noticed their emails for a bit). Now just cleaning up.

Yup, we had things fixed before they had even responded. And we made things better, whereas they actually crippled the customers while they were waiting for them to start to fix them!

Even for KVM it works. jsut not all the pieces yet.
