I weigh the most that I have, a whopping 145 pounds.You're still tiny. I'm around 165 currently and have been thinking about working to lose 20 lbs or so.
I'm still lean for my height but still, losing weight would be beneficial.

2 slices bread (30 carbs total)I was down .6% BF and also down 1.5 lb muscle mass - not happy with those numbers - I need to eat more. Though this week has been a stressed one - and very low on the food intake.

how short are you?
I'm 168 right now 5' 10.5" at 11% BF Sure I could lose another 10 lbs, but really I'd rather loose another 5% BF and gain that weight and more in muscle.

You're still growing some. you're going to gain weight from that. though staring to eat correctly now will definitely help down the road.

You're still growing some. you're going to gain weight from that. though staring to eat correctly now will definitely help down the road.
I'm Trying to eat correctly and stay in shape/workout at home.

Being able to maintain the weight without doing the workshops every morning is impressive.
You'll get those numbers back to where you want , But first you gotta be able to do the workouts.

I've been back in the gym starting this week, last Monday. I'm skipping leg days... but doing the rest.

I'm a whole 5'9 -
I just had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and an apple for breakfast.
On my 3rd cup of coffee.

Most days I limit myself to one cup (16 ounces) of coffee. Though sometimes at night I have another to warm up after driving home.
