On a call asking why they are charging us $9,000 for some consumer garbage Cisco router, when we already have a better router in place.
Fiber service and you did not opt to not use their router?
They charge almost as much without it, they are telling us now. Their box looks like garbage.
That is their "in a box" deal, you don't get any choices there. Hate that solution.
Yeah, cheap consumer crap. Looks like old 3COM gear with a sticker slapped on it. What a joke, and they keep saying this is their enterprise class solution. Is this "enterprise" to AT&T? I think they don't understand what enterprise means.
You are dealing with Sales people. Why didn't you call Phil?
It's an upgrade of their current AT&T contract.

Just got a Dell laptop delivered for new employee. turn it on. There is now an uninterruptable, unskippable Cortana screen on first boot, with sound on by default, that you cant skip and have to listen to or wait for the text to go by before you can choose your keyboard layout.
PS
Chiclet keyboards are terrible! -
@momurda Yeah, she's quite annoying. Make sure to turn the mic off too, because she's a good listener.

Yeah, but extra steps that shouldn't be needed.
