Finally getting started... Bit of a bitter sweet beginning to the week.
Staff Appreciation Breakfast was this morning. at 9am... Funeral for IT Staff member who died late last week at 11.
It was a good affair which ended in laughter, so, it wasn't all bad. The family is doing better than most since they are Christians.

You say tomato, I say slingshot ammo. I've attended funerals all across the board. Let's just say this family has a good support system and their faith is a large portion of it.

Living well and doing good were largely personal matters. When this mentality persists, religion inspires personal piety without social responsibility. Structural problems can be ignored as long as the believer is kind to friends and family and generous to the tribal community of believers.
