It's funnier, because I had to pull that one out of the hat on one of the helpdesk techs the other day!

Need to build that out into the PBX flow.
User calls IT for help
->Have you rebooted your computer? 1 for "No", 2 for "Yes", 3 for instructions on rebooting your computer. - "Why don't you give that a shot and see if that fixes your issue? Otherwise, call back and press 2
- "Did you really? <pause><pause><pause> Okay, I'll put you through to IT"
- "In the bottom, left corner you will see a pretty little logo. Click it. It will show you another symbol of a circle with a line in it. Click that too. Bear with me, we're almost there. You should see a third menu. One of the options in that menu should be "Shutdown". Then go home. You're not smart enough to work here.

But then... you'd 'accidentally' make it live on the support line.

Currently Sitting at my desk watching the summer intern who is putting items into the menu (for a sushi restaurant about to open.) and randomly stop and make a funny face at his lap then continue with the entering of Items...
Oh wait he's snap chatting! I was trying to figure would what was going on... -

Same boat here. Production can get an intern. Maintenance can get an intern. But, nope, IT CAN'T get an intern.

@nerdydad it wouldn't be as fun if you weren't allowed to smack the snapchat out of his hand.

I just couldn't help but to think of Brick Heck from The Middle whispering to himself at awkward moments in a conversation.
