I'm spitting my coffee out through my nose as I quote the smallest possible vSAN system from VmWare running ESXi.
https://vsantco.vmware.com/vsan/SI/SIEV
2 VMs with 2 Nodes, over $3 Million dollars for hardware alone.
Who is drinking the Kool-aid?
Huh?
The absolute smallest at MSRP in only ~$70,000 total. I believe that includes licensing as well. How did you set yours up?
With the smallest numbers I could put in, 2 vm, 2 node to meet our current storage requirements.
Nothing fancy, literally as small as possible.
It just sounds like some unethical sales person got a hold of a guillable and unsuspecting IT buyer and just reamed them of what they were wanting.

Ha ha ha. Why are you all on a conference call? Is it broken that badly?

Only a +1 helmet will do. Non-magic will just be destroyed by the wall.

Reading this email from a user...
"So the clinic bought two laptops from the pawn shop and they definitley have a virus or something. The history on one of them is pretty amusing but basically I need to get them scanned and the virus protection put on them. They can have (Redacted) put on them but (Redacted) is not necessary. The computer I have ready is called Laptop-97hj0gjg. Do I need to install anything on the computer for you to log onto it?"
SMH...

Why is someone who writes emails like this allowed to buy a computer, or log into one for that matter.

This is how laws end up getting made about these things.

Still having an issue with the ES8, I've got a ES24-250W on there fine. UNMS see the ES8 and when i try and connect it just times out all the time. Might be a setting i'm missing on the ES8 that's making it go funny.

It's a pretty good system, NTG has it in play. All though there are some 'issues' from time to time with it,... it's a good system.

Got into work. Checked on everything. Everything is okay. So now I am out the door to a root canal and a crown. $1000 with insurance.
Don't forget to post after the drugs start wearing off. Everybody likes making fun of folks high on anesthetics.
I am not on medication because I went home afterward and went to sleep. The dentist told me it should be about an hour and a half procedure. It took FOUR FLIPPING HOURS. Apparently, I am resistant to novocaine. They used over six times the normal amount. Had to drip it right onto the nerve multiple times. It kept wearing off quickly. Then the tooth wouldn't stop bleeding. My jaw hurts from being open for four hours and where they kept sticking the needle to numb me. Reminded me of my vasectomy and how they forgot to numb me and then starting cutting.....
