Authentication is now with Office 365 instead of Microsoft Accounts (which is great, and I've been waiting for a long time for that to happen). The next step is getting Visual Studio benefits assigned to the devs, and making sure Visual Studio actually recognizes the license associated with X account (now the Office 365 account). Lastly, one of the devs doesn't appear on my list of users from which I can assign rights, as the list seems to stop at last name J.

! For the first time ever the sign-in and license acquisition for Visual Studio using a license from Action Pack worked the first time. Now to deal with the problem of not being able to assign my 3rd license.
