Not a country they usually buy things from so the bank red flagged it as a possible identity/credit card theft from the sounds of it.

Stupid daily quotas. My bank doesn't support transactions large enough for airline tickets and apartments!!

I had an old APC 1000 that died a few months ago.
After the power outage earlier this week, it was an instant priority to get it replaced.
