Yeah, in theory you are supposed to get hungry when it is time to eat. I've honestly not been hungry since Monday morning and really I was not all that hungry then, but hungry enough to think that I wanted to bother going out to Taco Bell to get something.
I do put milk in my coffee so there is a small amount of protein coming in from that. I'm not at exactly zero calories.

Okay, @dominica is making me a salad now. Almost made it to bedtime without any food. A sweet kale salad sounds pretty good, though.
