Unfortunately at this time there is no means of growing from one to two. The jump is from one to three and one node at a time from then on. This is because of the need of a witness to avoid split brain of the cluster. One node avoids this by not having high availabilty, three and more nodes handle this by always having a witness. At two nodes there are complications that do not exist otherwise. So at this time, there is no two node option.

Except, of course, if you were in a situation where two nodes was useful through replication. That works with two nodes.

OK well now I'm even more lost. Internal Calls context I took to mean the extensions of the phones in your facility - OK pretty straight forward, you're allowing for extensions 1000-2000, but what are InCalls Context? I have no idea what that even means?

Inbound calls and outbound calls respectively.

Context is an Asterisk term.

It must be at least as good, why release an inferior product.

Nissan has GT-R cracking 0-100 in sub 3 seconds but it doesn't mean Nissan Altima doing same 0-100 in low 10s suck 😉 Every product has own target niche.

The last line in the above really speaks to what many MSPs fail to understand. In an SMB, adding a extremely complex solution such as an IPOD is not a great solution for the business (or the MSP).

As the saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you, fool my twice shame on me."

If an SMB purchases something that is so extremely complicated, and fragile and then the business wants to dump the MSP, they have to find another MSP (or Meta-MSP @Minion-Queen) to pick up the knowledge and maintain or fix the existing system.

Because the local on-staff IT likely doesn't have the time / ability to learn how to maintain the solution.
