It's morning, why wouldn't you be? unless you didn't sleep at all last night?

        Only an hour.

Spent most of yesterday, and will spend most of today, watching classic movies with my sister in law. She's on a classic cinema binge because she's never seen much of it. She and @dominica started off trying to watch ones that no one has ever seen, but there is a reason why no one has ever seen them and they kept giving up because they were awful.

Finally convinced my SIL to watch tried and true ones and now it is much more fun. Managed to get through all of Monkey Business and Pillow Talk yesterday. They turned off three or four other movies that were unwatched.... Carousel, Something About Eve, "Valley of the Dolls"....

Today I am pushing for more good Rodgers and Hammerstein like State Faire, Oklahoma, South Pacific and Doris Day classics like Glass Bottom Boat or Rock Hudson like Man's Favorite Sport.

Watching Pluralsight series on system center orchestrator fundamentals as part of building 2 new servers for our Sharepoint team. Need to provision instances in a faster way and need to automate loads of things. Interesting..

South Pacific there's one I haven't seen in a long while.

Watching Milo (kitten) watch the birds after having set out more seed.

Worked remotely to do my mileage sheet, and order toner for the office. Is that a squirrel? Oh shiney...

About to think about lunch,... Also spec'ing out details to build a replacement device for the Black and Decker StormStation which was discontinued some years back.

I have three of them,.. but the radio isn't the greatest. They have served well over the years even for the limited ability they have. I modified these to allow to be direct connected to a solar panel so that they can operate and be charged at the same time.

I think maybe the Raspberry Pi is going in the design....

Yikes - while it's a 'mild' one,.. still something that does a bit of damage. Hope no one was hurt.

Setting up to deploy a laptop with Linux Mint on it.. this has been a bit of a challenge.. but Something I want to do.

@scottalanmiller 4.7 is big enough to feel but not enough to rock and roll for real.

Even in NY 4.7 isn't unheard of. Enough to notice but not enough to panic.

@scottalanmiller Yup! I was in the top floor of this building built around 1900? in the chem lab during a 5.something. Chem teach screamed out "GET TO THE WALLS NOT UNDER THE DESKS" as all our acid experiments created a really fun spill.

My little village when through a big quake in 1991 that dropped the entire valley by an average of three inches (about 5cm.) Took out bridges, whole creeks disappeared, houses collapsed....
