Also been thinking about studying for the Linux+ - Does anyone know if it going into scripting really deeply or is it basic CLI commands for management. want to know how hard the comptia exam is?

      Consider LPI exams or RHCSA.

I am designing a case that will hold a digital radio gateway and power. It’s based on a Raspberry pi Zero.

A MMDVM or Multi Mode Digital Voice Modem, instead of using a power power bank, it’ll be all one unit.

Like to hear what you come up with- I need to rebuild mine since I am selling what I had running
Yeasu FT857 with tuner, and signalink.

And yes, for DStar, DMR, etc..

@jt1001001 sounds like a plan. And near close to what I would do if I was keeping my 857. But for some portable operations the signalink is too bulky for something you can use a USB sound device for.

If you haven’t seen his YT channel, look up Julian, OH8STN, who covers several portable configurations

Today’s project. One big wall left to spray. Then the wall by the deck to roll/brush paint.

Preparing myself for day 2 of album recording. I'm very happy with the progress we made yesterday in 3 hours or so, drums are all mixed up and sounding good. After some breakfast we tackle the giant amps and speakers that make guitar and bass go. Once preproduction is finished, it should only take 2 practice sessions to get all the basic tracks, maybe 1 more to nail down the vocals.

@stuartjordan Reaper. I have always been anti Pro Tools, but Reaper seems to do all the things with a $70 perpetual license. I've also been trying to learn Ableton live at home, more for beats/electro type stuff.

@rojoloco Looks Like a nice UI, plenty of features and do all VST's work? I'm a FL studio fan myself. I feel the same about pro tools too.

Holy cow video games in Nicaragua are CHEAP! Just went on GOG to buy something and was like "is EVERYTHING on sale?"

                                          For us, same game:
                                          Steam $29.99
                                          GOG: $1.65
