I saw it mostly as Will's own frustration at the owner for being rude to him first, and likely Will didn't feel there was any other way to get through to him.. but instead of getting through... they guy fired him.. no surprise really.
Which is exactly what you do when you are a blowhard and feel embarrassed when the people you hire make you look like a fool. All very predictable.
but that was never the intent.
I don't go to work everyday to make people feel embarrassed, I go to help people, and do the stuff I like to do. -

when I started talking to him about the stuff and he cut me off, I did get a little frustrated, You dont call someone and ask for help then cut them off and stop them from helping you, then blow up on them when they try to pull the conversation back to what is going to help you. that's bad character as a person in general.Sounds like consistently bad behaviour. Maybe he's a nice person and just bad at business, but if I acted like that, I sure hope my staff would have some strong words with me.

it's been nothing but bad experiences but I was still there to do the right thing to help him and his business.
Maybe that wasn't the right way to handle the situation, I'm no where close to perfect as a person. But I know that respect and manners go a long way when you're trying to get people to help you.With that said, I'm excited to see where tomorrow goes.. but til then, I think it's time for a sunday evening beer.

oh believe me, and 3 of them were through text messages with 4 other people (1 other from my company) on the thread... safe to say it's been a rocky road for me with this one customer

That kind of behaviour is likely to result in shit not getting fixed. Oh wait, that's exactly what he's getting!

You might hope it - but in reality you hold their financial life in their hands... they ain't gonna tell you you're shit at business.

That's very bitter. Sure, in an unhealthy company that's true, one where politics is more important than results. But I've worked plenty of places where things were healthy and you could or were expected to escalate issues no matter whom they were with. Even at some pretty overall unhealthy places I was still able to go to the owner / CEO and air concerns with their performance.

You need to be on that very, very actively. Not just because of this incident, it's just time to keep your career in motion. I know it's hard, but treat job hunting as a nearly full time job, too.

The Network team is adding another AP to the Site....
And they're moving all iPads to 5ghz Radio on the WIFI ..
and They're moving the AP .
And they might replace one or two with a much more powerful AP ...All of this was told to me by my boss after he had his meeting this morning , and he looked me dead in the eye and said "does that make sense?"
