They have recruiters messaging me on Linkedin about a possible Job Offer.
That is not how that works.
Of course it is. The company hired this recruiter to find people to fill positions for the company.
I have a recruiter messaging me on Linkedin, about a possible Job at this company. -

Meaning, he knows you mean they are messaging you to see if they might potentially want to interview you for a position (not offer you a job), but it's Jared, so he takes extra pride and joy in pointing shit out like that. But then again, maybe he really didn't know what you meant, idk.

Okay, what's the point in interviewing someone if you're not considering hiring them or offering a job? to see if they're a good fit, right?
Possible Job Offer wasn't the best thing to say - Obviously Hindsight is 2020 (pun intended) probably should have said something like "Recruiter messaged me to see if I was interested in an interview" or along those lines.

No one is offering you a job.
You have not applied, or interviewed.
Random shit spam recruiters on LinkedIn, most certainly cannot offer you a job.
