Good as always. Motoko makes it from some packaged fresh noodles we buy at Mitsuwa.
Edit: Only the noodles are in a package. It is not an entire ramen kit.

Special request from my homey for his birthday: Brining some wild caught sockeye salmon with maple, brown sugar, and red chili flakes. 2-3 hours tomorrow on some cherry wood smoke, basting with maple syrup until it's candy/jerky.
