I bought a Steelcase Leap in leather many years ago, almost right after I bought my house. It was expensive and I've maintained it pretty well. It's an amazing chair.

And they don't make very good products. Nothing in their offerings would make me put up with their cost or licensing. Just generally mediocre products at premium prices in a field when the premo products are generally free.

Besides virtualbox, the last time I used Oracle was back in college dealing with Oracle 8i client not installing correctly on some Dimension 1100/2400 computers.

our previous ERP system was oracle based thankful I didn't have to do any work on it except make sure the backups went through and even that was a nightmare most days
