It very clearly says
"People are eating children in this area"
"Please leash your dog and clean up after them. Thank you"
Save the children, learn to punctuate.

It very clearly says
"People are eating children in this area"
"Please leash your dog and clean up after them. Thank you"
It really does. The wording only makes sense when broken up in this way.
