Office 365 Email Gone After Forced Logoff
-
And no, it is not under "all of your apps"...
-
Teams did not replace it. Someone removed your license for email is all.
Of course I did it just to fuck with you.
Obviously.
Instead of complaining about something not showing up, have the admin account check the license and permissions assigned.
Oh look, you have admin on your account.

OK Mr Obvious. So why did it go away, again?
-
I did check the admin, and I enabled Exchange, but it doesn't enable. It just accepts the request and remains disabled. I have an E3, though.
-
@scottalanmiller Why are you still using Office 365 if you have so many issues with it?
-
Mine is gone too Microcrap strikes again
-
Looksl ike I was just the first one to log out and back in. It's affecting everyone a few minutes apart.

Its't he worst. @Minion-Queen uses special features so heavily we've been waiting for her to be ready to move. No more waiting, this is so beyond unprofessional and so poorly supported. Moving to Zimbra today.

MS claims that there are no issues affecting Exchange right now, too, as always.
-
I managed to get into email through a different link. So it is partially working, but the links from the official O365 portal are still gone.
-
As I recall, your O365 accounts were tied to some AD sync server.
This is all the fault of whoever set tings up and never properly disconnected stuff.

Microsoft themselves set that up without permission. They were told explicitly they could not do that it was the O365 team. So any issues from it, fall purely on MS' shoulders for having created, and on their shoulders to fix.
-
I just logged in and have no issues accessing everything. However, SharePoint and Exchange are shown as not being on for my account. But I can get into Sharepoint from multiple browsers and send and receive email just fine. I use O365 for 3 separate companies (totally separated from NTG's) no issues with SharePoint or email on any of them.

Did you call and get a rep to say that? If not, this statement is untrue.
The, likely more accurate statement is, "I checked the status page and it currently shows no issues affecting Exchange."
Does the status page belong to MS? Yes. But status pages are only updated after reports are made and confirmed.

Microsoft's statements are their statements, whether made on teh phone or on the web. In either case, MS was asked, MS responded. The statement is true.
I could say the opposite, the rep is just a phone jockey, only the site is real. Chances are, the reps just read the site anyway. You can't just arbitrarily pick which MS resource is real or not based on personal opinion. Both are MS, one is just the official, the other is your person "ask this guy" process.

No, that would be you.
Even if this issue was something unrelated to your fucked up NTG account, the status page would never show an issue if you were the first to notice and report.
So your statement, as worded, is intentionally loaded and misleading to try and hint that MS is refuting your statement that Exchange is down.

Same with a rep. They don't report things. They just read the official status reports.
