Dinner last night was fish tacos with @pchiodo at Los Lupes

Got some marinated and rubbed pork steaks on the grill with some cherry wood smoke and some Brussels sprouts roasting in the oven with bacon and a balsamic maple drizzle.

I made Chicken & Dumplings last night.
It is my own recipe that I came up with to match the taste of my Grandmother's. Because she had no recipe. She just made it.
Took me a year before she signed off on it.

It won't be nearly as tasty if not made with a fresh beef broth.
