Need some Yaelink Material

So, we are "Considering" ditching ShoreTel and going to FreePBX in AWS or something of that nature. Right now, I am gathering information, primarily on VoIP phones. Already have material on Sangoma (that was easy). Needing some information on Yaelink. We are a pretty much standard office environment.
Current standard deployment phone is ShoreTel 230. We have some ShoreTel 115 around, mainly for just calling out or around the office such as the copier room or lunch room. We have some ShoreTel 655 for Execs offices and conference rooms along with the extra microphones.
On Sangoma, I'm considering the s205 for the lunch room and copier room, either the s405 or s500 for the standard issue, and the s705 for Execs. But what about the conference rooms? Also, they provide me with plenty of materials to print and give to (as @EddieJennings says) the On Highs.
Yealink offers the webpages of the phones and conference phones, but no printable material to give to them.
I have already given them reference to voip.ms to reduce the phone bill and get off of AT&T. We currently have 24 trunk lines, 12 of which are being used at any given point in time.

Basically, when I do cost and feature comparisons between Sangoma and Yealink, Yealink wins hands down.The phones even look almost identical. Likely the hardware is from the same source. The difference is their software. No feature in the Sangoma phones push me to wanting to pay the higher cost.
From a button and feature point of view:
The s705 equates to the T46S
The s400 equates to the T41S
The s405 equates to the T42S
The s205 equates to the T19P E2
The s500 does not have an exact match, it is between the T42S and the T46S.If you are going to go with FreePBX 14, then you only want the S series if you plan to use a LE certificate. I have an outstanding bug report with Yealink on the older G series. The S series is current anyway.

@NerdyDad for a Conference room, go with an actual conference phone. Yealink has just released a nice new one. I have not used it yet though.

LOL Any money wasted on Sangoma, just dont. Get Yealink, it will work with FreePBX and anything else you may decide to look at later.

The T29 is a surprisingly good refresh to that T2x series line as well.
If you want to save yourself hours and hours of trial and error I would definitely get @JaredBusch to set it up.

Ahem, also I am still stuck with this $800 set from Konftel
It is yours now for... $349 (extra battery , VOIP/DECT adapter, everything) brand new unused.
I have sold almost everything else. Big Bears Voip and Garage Overstock is almost closed... 300wx conference kit +300wx dect base station +300wx extra battery

I'll ask the boss about it tomorrow. That just might fund the new system.

good luck with your sale.Literally bought days before the release of the new Yealink conference phones. Maybe it will become a deskphone I can carry arround the office to start and end meetings.

How did you figure the fax part out? We use fax lightly, except for HR, which is pretty heavy of course. Faxes going in both directions.

Faxing was just a part of our Windstream service. I'm not sure what its individual cost was. For the new system, I'm using Voip.ms virutal fax. When I log into Voip.ms, I go to Virtual Fax under DID Numbers, click "My Faxes" and set the date range. At the bottom, it shows the total cost of fax transmission. Also the DID for faxing is $1.99 / month.
