Should be good, all of those are tested.

Hopefully with the new pick up job that we have deployed today, the device that you add will show up very quickly without any additional intervention. That's the theory, at least.

Just released a new version. Big changes are mostly around behind the scene scanning, but also some GUI updates to the accounts page.
-
And another update is out! We are busy today.
Just minor interface updates this time, mostly around org editing. And some backend updates.
-
And another update has been released. I think you'll notice that the right hand column has been cleaned up a lot, now.
-
Is there a public change log anywhere for SS?
-
-
We just released an update. All GUI related in this one. We are in the midsts of updated all views to move to a new template for a consistent look and feel. Another updated is expected shortly to fix some things in this one.
-
Small bug fix was just applied. Nothing to look for in changes, but the system is restarting.
-
Our evening release just happened. Mostly a run of small fixes. Some small UI tweaks, for instance. Lots of UI stuff broken right now, anticipating another release tonight. But we have ticket colour coding now.
-
New "Feature": Tasks
Not much of a feature, but if you are making a ticket, you can now prioritize it not only to low, medium, or high like previously, but you can also prioritize it as a "task" which is supposed to be the "lower than low" level that is more of a "honey to do list" rather than things really waiting in your queue.

Very nice!

Here is what the new color coding looks like. Tasks are blue. GYR for the normal priority levels as expected. The UI is rough, we will be updating that at some point. But functionally it is working just fine.
-
Part of the assumption with tasks is that a lot of people will make "Task Views" and "Normal Views" so that they can filter out all tasks for normal helpdesk work and not have them in the way. But then can look at only tasks or mix them all together when they want. And more meta-data for future reports, of course.
-
New update just pushed out. The chat window on the right hand side looks correct now. It's been looking weird for a bit. Still doesn't have working avatars, though. That's on the "list".
-
A new release has just been pushed out. Several minor fixes included in this one.
-
And yet another new release. One feature that I would like to point out that is quite subtle is that now if you are on the Helpdesk you can adjust the size of the ticket list and the ticket view windows so that you can see more of what you are working on. That is a very important, but hard to see, feature.

Curious to know if anyone has written a script to install this either through PDQ or GPO. I have 50 endpoints I'd like to install it on and am too damn lazy to go unit by unit.
