Looks like it's $100 to file the Articles of Organization. If (when) I create an organization agreement between myself and my LLC, I'll incur some cost for attorney help. Organization agreement isn't required though.

I thought that it went up to $650 recently.

Remember you don't need to file in your home state. Lots of companies choose Delaware and Nevada for this.

Settling in for the night. The RV is about as quiet as it will get. worthless rain for nearly 10 hours of the 8 hour drive.. Just rained more. But we've been destinated since about 6.
Glad I can use the RV for the weekend,.. but glad I didn't have to tow it 500 miles... Parked near a brewery,.. so will likely...dang it - tomorrow is sunday. Not likely to get in there tomorrow. Poo.
Visit with some family and friends tomorrow which some we haven't seen in years. Return run on Monday. Gotta love 3-day weekend whirlwind trips...
