No further activity in the #it-help channel.
I suppose this is one of the nice things about developing software for IT pros. Every time so far someone has reported a bug, I can rely on the fact that it's actually a real issue that I need to address.
Edit: SO FAR, don't let me down now people!
And your potential customers are some what competent enough to get you the information that you need. Error #, logs, behavior, etc.
