What Are You Doing Right Now

Hyper-V news ..... RDP into all my VM on the host and shut them down. Used the shutdown /r command on the host and 20mins later back on and VM spinning up.
Now to sort why someone hasn't reported the fact the backups have been failing for days and get them working

I thought the longest you could stay was a couple of months?
That was the plan but with the SAM-SD stuff, we need to be here for a while. There is just so much to do.

DBAN'ing a laptop and installing Kubuntu to a laptop that we're going to donate.

Quick plug. Check out energy ogre. If you're in a free market system, then they will see what is best for you based on previous usage and assign you to the best contract for you. I've been using it since September and they've been on top of it all.

Designing cooling to work correctly is definitely an art form. My current office building is horrible. It's just bad.
My house is a two story house, and it's better than my office, but really should be a two system house, one for the second story, and one for the main/basement area. Sadly, this home builder didn't offer that expensive option in any of their homes.

Hearing from AC pros - you can't just put a bigger compressor, etc into a system. If the vent sizes aren't right, you just end up freezing your A-frame and then the whole thing is worthless.
