I've been watching closely and ML is slower than average, and SW feels slow, but I only have the email pace as a metric.

Me: ScreenConnect, CMD tab

*list of files - including the shortcut to the one that is 'gone'.
Me: (minimizes Outlook application)
Me: You mean this one right here?
User: Yes - thank you.fast forward five hours
User: My program is gone again,...
Me: ScreenConnect, CMD tab

*list of files - including the shortcut to the one that is 'gone'.
Me: (minimizes Outlook application - AGAIN)
Me: You mean this one right here? (Uses ScreenConnect Pencil to draw circle around icon and arrow to it).
User: Yes, - Thanks again.... -
