Just finished migrating everything from an old Elastix 2.4 install to a FreePBX 13.
Sangoma's migration script worked but had issues so I nuked and did it manually. Much cleaner install.

OMG this guy is lost. His questions are purely about things he says he can't discuss. He tries to get comparisons of fundamentally non-comparable concepts. He's in no position to be involved in this process for his business. He cares about uptime, but isn't knowledgeable enough about basic IT concepts to not be a huge risk to uptime!

You made him realize he was asking a stupid question.
One that doesn't effect the bottom line, like asking what brand of windshield washer fluid is better.
Doesn't really matter, does it. So long as it does the job.
