Ok, unit forgotten in the controller.
      Ran syswrapper.sh restore-default from SSH.

Now doing the upgrade prior to adoption.

Just did another one and skipped the syswrapper.sh restore-default step.

              1. Forget AP from controller
              2. Wait for it to reboot
              3. Connect via SSH using ubnt/ubnt
              4. Upgrade the firmware
                • For an original UAP upgrade http://dl.ubnt.com/unifi/firmware/BZ2/3.7.37.6065/BZ.ar7240.v3.7.37.6065.170118.0908.bin
              5. Wait for it to reboot after upgrading
              6. Adopt it again in the controller.
              7. Wait for it to provision itself and reboot.

No new firmware listed on download.ubunt.com, but after I updated to Ubuntu 16.10 on the system, there was an update to the UniFi controller available that was not there immediately before the upgrade to 16.10.

All of the access points except one upgraded.

This is a different UAP than last time. This time I tried things in the controller first and it worked.

                1. Forget AP from controller
                2. Wait for it to reboot
                3. Adopt it again in the controller to the Default site.
                4. Wait for it to reboot
                5. Upgrade the firmware
                6. Wait for it to reboot
                7. Move it to the site you want it in.
                8. Wait for it to provision itself.

Speaking on a controller I need to build a Ubuntu VM to run my controller, just to get the wireless setup I used a Windows system.

I know I know. . . I had to rebuild my lab so it was a bottom priority. Now that my lab is up and running I can get this done.

Did yall notice that the new update has the ability to export and import individual sites instead of the entire config?
