Yum.... I'm getting up at 8 on saturday to smoke many pork shoulders... maybe we should make some mac n chee to go with the pulled pork (because I've had that before and it rules!)

Bonus: you can recycle your really smelly smoker box and get a fresh one. Wife won't complain about how delicious the garage smells 24/7
