Don't forget about timing the brewing so it takes exactly the same amount of time to walk over to the coffee machine as brewing takes!

Yea,.. timing is something to really work on... it'll take me an estimated 10 hours to get my cup of coffee... Might be cheaper to go to Starbucks..

My wife did decide on a grind and brew style a year or so ago.. it's pretty nice.
