Thanks you all for your responses 🙂

I'll definitely be configuring the Configuration Backup as suggested.

@alexntg I saw that. 🙂 Double thanks to you 😛 I posted in two places for a wider catchment of opinions... and I'm a bit impatient sometimes.

And, not surprising, someone on Spiceworks today already wanted to try this.

@scottalanmiller I would have thought that MS actually had normal people to tell them if the user experience is good, not just those who drink the koolaid.

It was still the Balmer era when that was designed.

Agreed, staff buy in is definitely one of the hardest things of any project.

I've not found one that I like. Definitely a week point. I like both the default and the OWA apps on iOS. I've used Good Mail and like the security but dislike the app.

Good Mail is a pain to use. Especially if you get any large volume of email.

If you've turned off the 2003 server already, you should remove WINS from DHCP now. You could be causing yourself more issues by having it, than you will by removing it, again assuming the 2003 server is already off.

I would have a cold spare ready but not replace proactively unless, you know. Like ten years old.
