The article is about Windows 2022 Licensing when using Hyper-V 2019, which is a type 1 hypervisor. It says it right in the beginning.

Have you checked to see if the network is saturated? Does this happen when it is activated only, or only when guests are there using it too?

Okay - been to many days since I found this. Seems that yes,.. on a fresh OEM install of Win10 it is not there.

After being fully updated it has been there. So - might just be the Media Creation Build in use that it isn't on. Which is fine with me.

They're not even unique!

SSN are not supposed to be used as an ID, but they are used as a form of ID a LOT.

OTSU -- Shiga Gov. Taizo Mikazuki is a "manga artist" known for the popular work "Rurouni Kenshin" -- or at least that's the mistaken description one artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot would have users believe.

When a Shiga Prefectural Government employee asked ChatGPT about Taizo Mikazuki it apparently explained that he was a "Japanese manga artist." Microsoft's Bing AI, meanwhile, correctly gave his job title as governor of Shiga Prefecture but provided an incorrect job history. The interactions serve as a reminder that chatbots may be providing a mixture of false information to users.
