Put the @domain.com after the username. That's probably what's screwing it up.

Are you getting real call volume now? They keeping you busy?
My product doesn't have huge call volume. I think I'm number one or two priority in the queue, and I've had one call today. I didn't take a call yesterday until the middle of the afternoon. It's kinda nice actually.

I will be interested in knowing what you find for other solutions. I love the OpenDNS Umbrella concept. I do not like the price.
How much is it? I haven't really ever looked into it.

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
At work. Took a call earlier about a system that was running its updater, and saying it successfully completed, but not actually updating. Really weird...

Some HP printers print through an HP service.. any chance that's the case here, it's not actually sending email directly from the device, but instead it's coming through HP's cloud? and there might be a problem there?
I hadn't thought of that. That's a very good idea.

@ajstringham NY is great too. Leaves changing. Been a great weekend.
Yeah, this is my first fall away from NY. I miss the pretty colors...

I am looking for a web filter for a school we do the IT work for. I have looked into Untangle and OpenDNS I am just looking for more. What do you use ?
Umbrella is good. That's probably gonna be easiest. Untangle doesn't filter HTTPS unless you get the paid. The free will filter HTTP though. Little more to setup there. Personally, I like OpenDNS, but I haven't played with Umbrella, as I haven't had a need or reason to. It's paid, and I don't have to pay for it.

Trying to get caught up around here before I head off to VeeamOn for the day. Beautiful and 70 here at 4:45 am! Loving the warm weather!
I'm loving today's weather! It's raining and completely overcast and cool!

RE: Intermittent Scan to email funcitonality
We haven't seen that yet, so that'd be helpful.

Can you post a screenshot of the HP's SMTP settings?

About to head out.
Did you take any calls today?
One. The training I've gotten has been a joke.

@Dashrender asked earlier about them being on the same switch. Could there be a middleman networking device killing the connection somewhere? An L3 switch or something similar?

The conneciton from the main office to the branch offices are all OpenVPN site to site tunnels using Ubiquiti EdgeMax LITE routers. Everything has worked fine for 2 years. Suddenly a week and a half ago, we started having problems.
So these are plugged directly into the router?

First day on the phones but no calls so far. I may not have been put in the queue yet...
LOL. Maybe you should check?
Sshh!!
This is completely the wrong approach - and if others around you find out about it you'll be despised by them. We have this issue in our office. People are suppose to log themselves into the queue, but they hate taking phone calls, so they just don't join. When people notice the complaints about them begin.
I'm signed into the queue, AFAIK, but they may not have dropped me in on the backend yet. I'm gonna go check with them in a minute.

It is but someone might notice that they go to a certain thread and then the site is unresponsive.
But it might be someone else at the same time being somewhere else. I would have Steve create a bug tracking thread in the Announcements group.
