Sure but is that the kind of stuff that you archive for permanent record?

Absolutely. That way when my wife complains about something, I have an audit trail to prove my innocence.

Wow...thanks for the assist. One must remember to read. Sigh.

So I found out that the @domain was not correct -> fail!
Adding @domain to existing (from people or public group) causes the rule to be read as this person AND the domain which => fail!

So I removed the person and added the correct domain as per @Carnival-Boy and ta-da it works like it should.

I have been using Outlook since 2000 and never have created a blank rule like @Carnival-Boy suggested. It was probably the first time I saw Stay Organized or Stay up to date in the Rules Wizard too! I have always right clicked an email to create a rule!

Thanks again on the assist. I can now trim down my rules.

      Nevermind solved that problem

I logged into my O365 in Word - now I see my SharePoint site, and my business OneDrive... and there is the personal one drive, but it wants me to log into that (seems odd).

Is there a way to get OneDrive for Business into Windows Explorer like there is for OneDrive for home users?

I had to do a bizarre dance to get ODfB to show up. Been rock solid since.

I'd like to interject a technical bit:

In this topic, people are referring to changing plans. If I want to change from an E1 plan to E3 or vice versa, I can do that at any time, with just a few clicks. That's changing plans. Changing from Small Business to Midsize Business, for example, is a change of tenant. If you want a comparison for an onsite equivalent, it's like changing over to a new AD forest. It's not something you can just do that easily.

Sure. Brownfield would be extremely hard to justify a move

But assuming a greenfield scenario where you are starting from scratch. Still very hard to get enough extra sales from SF vs vTiger.

The email/calendar was started on our own web server since 2003 and until about a year ago when I moved to Office 365. Before the move, that calendar/email had tracking enabled. And this calendar was somehow duplicated when I started O365 and was unchecked in calendars. All weird stuff if you ask me! I did just deleted all of them. According to the read receipts I checked out, they were my cryptic appointments.
