Yeah, that's not multiuser but rather "rapidly changing and coordinated single user". Could be a useful solution for some, though. You can do this with most products. NextCloud for example.
From the use case I've seen that is correct on being a single user product. I did watch the video on the link I posted and it does look like you can still do multiuser as long as the users are all on the same network. The remote user can only access once all the local users are out of the file and it has done it's sync. The file locking is automatic as well which is nice. It basically prevents the outside user from accidently overwriting your changes.

Hmm. It is inside the domain section, and the whole config file is valid JSON. At least it is valid JSON as far as an online validator is concerned. It's either still something wrong with my config, or is there another option that I am missing to enable this?
Not sure what follows your passwordRequirements section, but maybe you need a comma after your last }

Says unavailable. I think because it is a channel and not a video but ML thinks it is a video link.
Yeah that was supposed to be to the channel. Here is the CrowdSec video. Lots great videos on his channel for setting things up.

@WrCombs - Maybe give this a try if you haven't already. Allows you to sync your google email/contact/calendar with outlook.

No they don't have MFA for signing into the desktops.
They also mentioned MFA for routers. Not sure the edgerouter can do this.
A client sent me a cyber security insurance form and asked me to fill it out for them. One of the sections has to do with MFA of remote access which is something I feel is covered (ScreenConnect with one time passcode).
However, the next section mentions internal MFA and then lists active directory and firewalls. So I guess my question is does this sound like they want MFA when signing into the domain controller or firewall? I guess you could have a smart card or Yukikey for the domain controller. What would be an option for MFA on an edgerouter?

While I agree that fat clients are not always the best option, most end users prefer Outlook as you said. My point was having something like emclient or similar would make OnlyOffice more of an apples to apples comparison to MS Office.

Outlook is so much better when using the PWA version, even with it you should be getting rid of the fat client!
Not for someone who has multiple email addresses. Having to constantly click back and forth to change the user account is not ideal.

@scottalanmiller - Just curious are you still using Tactical or just Mesh these days? I've been playing around with Tactical internally and definitely a great solution. I know you mentioned a while back you were using that and Mesh separate from each other.
@jasgot - What value do you have set for MaximumAttachmentSize? Value is set in KB so make sure you have the appropriate number. If that looks good then possibly try a reboot after modifiying the value.
I do the same thing for QuickBooks Database Manager that runs on a domain controller. Intuit made the decision to use ports that overlap the DNS Server ports and cause QBDBMgr to stop running. My powershell script checks the status of the QuickBooks services and if they are stopped restarts DNS Server and the QB services. Ugly but it works.

I dont believe the printer was ever actually installed at the remote site - I think they're just using the printer port -
If you don't have the ability to install the printer directly, maybe as a work around, have them print to Microsoft PDF printer first and then print the pdf using the GoToMyPC printer.
