Apparently, it's cert day. EXIN finally released my digital cert for ITIL, which I passed in November.

@Ambarishrh For this small trip, train is the way that I would go, and then rent a car or Uber at your destination (Rochester). If you were doing a real road trip, or want to really get on the road, you can join me next year in August, 2018 (the whole month). I'm going to do about 8-9k miles or so.

You know, I've noticed that posts get "smarter" throughout the day. When I first get up in the morning there is a load of these ridiculous posts that clearly aren't from real IT pros or businesses. But then by noonish or so the trend picks up and there are real technical discussions. There is something about who is awake when that drives the quality of questions.
Lunch meetings best meetings.

Figuring out where the GF and I want to backpack to this weekend at Joshua Tree. Got a new pack and new sleeping back, temps in low 40's at night and I'm excited to try it out.
What pack? I have a Red Rock Outdoor Assault Pack (not for tactical but for modular reasons).
If you find yourself this way.. you should hit the Gorge
I got the Kelty Coyote 80 from REI. We usually only do one night, wouldn't consider anything more than two nights, so I didn't need anything too intensive. We opted for a square double sleeping bag because neither of us enjoy feeling like a butterfly about to emerge from a cocoon, so it fits nicely into this pack, and she carries the tent/sleeping pads.
Thats the kind of pack I'm looking into right now. I don't understand why people want camo stuff for hiking!! I want to be SEEN! More than that, I want to be able to put my stuff down and be able to still see it from 2 meters away.
It's a great pack. And yes, I want to be seen in the off-chance I get lost somehow.
Where I hike I'm also worried about other hunters. Leading cause of death in the forests here is being mistaken for a moose/deer
Oh god. So many memories of hunter safety videos are flooding back.
Stop wearing the goofy reindeer hats!

Do you recommend any specific tent in a 2 person size (I'm fat) that I could pack easily on my motorcycle? I'm going to do a big month-long trip and likely camp in a few KOA locations to save cash.
If you're in a KOA or something and not worried about wildlife (bear burrito) check out hammocks. Hennesy ones are highly reviewed. They pack away to nothing and setup is 5 minutes.
Those are neat, but no guarantee that a camp site would have the proper stakes/trees for a hammock.

Like the camel spider?
better the Camel Spider than one of these:
That is not a camel spider, it's a wind spider (and the alien facehugger, obviously).
This is a camel spider:

Second, this command should only be used when you feel like a scorched earth method is best. It will piss off everyone in the enterprise.
That's where we are, yes.

RE: Active Directory Force All Users to Change Passwords on Next Login
First, this is a Bad Idea(tm). Lots of service accounts may not want to change their accounts and you'll break applications that rely on them. The Administrator (500) account will also have to be reset.
Second, this command should only be used when you feel like a scorched earth method is best. It will piss off everyone in the enterprise. The PS is two components, joined by a pipe.

Good luck. I'm not executing that command to verify that it works, but it should. Woe betide the admin that does this in production.

I spent much of my weekend working on my motorcycle. I fixed the problem with the tail light (yay! loose connection). Now, I'm adding some LEDs to show up on the engine under the tank, and maybe some 'greound effect' but I've run in to a problem. I need to split a single power lead out in to 4. Without doing more soldering, I don't see a product out there that can do that reliably so I'm taking a break to play some ARK.
You'll be happy to know that I got to ride through downtown Palermo on a motorcycle this week.
Were you the one in control of the motorcycle or was this more of a Roman Holiday thing where you played the part of Audrey Hepburn? Also, are you sure it was a motorcycle and not a scooter?
I was Hepburning it. And yes, it was a full size Honda.
