Depends if it's for enjoyment or medication. Box wine for enjoyment, surely you jest!

Considering it isn't even noon yet, I'd hope it wasn't medication lol

Boxes keep wine the best. That's why serious French wine drinkers use boxes.

It's a very American non-wine enthusiast idea that wine should come in glass. Most places still do it because it's an existing process and Americans (famously some of the least wine-aware people in the world) think that small glass bottles are good and that large bags/boxes are bad so to sell in the US you want to be in glass, most of the time. But more and more people are realizing that they didn't get how wine worked and are switching.
Likewise, Americans drink varietals most of the time, while the rest of the world drinks primarily blends. Not that one is good and the other is bad and I tend towards the American here, but it's a point of "Americans do this differently than everyone else" in the wine world.
It's why Americans get ten different wines from a single winery and Europeans get two (red and white.)

@scottalanmiller That actually makes sense. Doesn't mean the boxed wines I'm familiar with were worth anything other than anesthetic.

I have a Boca Box open right now. It's not bad. Target box wine is actually quite good.

Crunchy Bean soup...because apparently, the beans weren't quite done enough.

It actually wan't too bad. The beans were mostly done. I did the wife a favor and set the crock pot on for 4 more hours, lol.

Stir fry on couscous.

Domino's pizza. Not fancy, but actually quite tasty.

Will be (beef) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roulade (filled with pickled cucumber, onions and bacon) with potatoes and red cabbage for today. One of my favorite dishes.
The beef needs to be cooked for hours in the sauce, you can smell that in the whole house... and, damn, and it's just 10:15am here.

A recent blind taste test has shown people cannot tell a difference from an "expensive" bottle and a low cost box wine put in a bottle to look fancy.

Same with bottle to bottle. Many low cost wines are just as good as the fancy expensive ones. The price range is mostly arbitrary.
