Orange sesame beef (dry aged domestic wagyu) stir fry with asparagus. Now time for an old fashioned with Basil Hayden's dark rye.

Cherry wood smoked tri tip, loaded baked potatoes, sauteed green beans with garlic. Great success on quarantine dinner.

Mahi mahi in a lemon cream sauce.

Until this work from home craziness that's exactly what I had been doing. Not sure I was losing weight but I felt better.

Just put some black beans on to simmer for a while. Jerk chicken marinating, might even do some real yellow rice (with saffron instead of turmeric).

Fried clams cooking right now.

Simmering some chicken thighs in broth/tomato paste/chipotle/sazon/onion/garlic for some Cinco de Mayo tacos de gringo. Pinto beans in the instant pot, might do some corn or something too.

Good as always. Motoko makes it from some packaged fresh noodles we buy at Mitsuwa.
Edit: Only the noodles are in a package. It is not an entire ramen kit.
